St. James' mission calls for us to nourish relationships with each other.

Through the waters of baptism, God forms the church community. We gather as a group of people who are wonderfully made, and yet, imperfect. We bring our individual experiences and our inherent diversity that, when combined, enrich our common life together. We bring our need for healing, comfort, belonging, and companionship. At St. James we build and deepen loving relationships with each other through pastoral care, Befriender ministry, prayer support, regular fellowship, senior citizen and youth ministry, and congregational potlucks. Our congregational size affords the opportunity for people to be known as the individuals that God created them to be. We seek to help, celebrate, and comfort each other.
