Recap 10/04/26

Our story today was from chapter 14 of Exodus, in which God parts the Red Sea to create a dry path for the Israelites to escape from Pharaoh's army which is chasing them. Once His people safely cross, the waters crash back down, saving the Israelites and defeating the Egyptian army.

The older grades learned and performed a puppet show about this story for the younger grades. We had extra special guests in the audience too, as Kelvin Miller and his entire family came to watch! Before the puppet show, the younger grades played some games to help them remember the story. After the puppet show, all of the kids sang a song for Kelvin - the classic "I am a C-H-R-I-S-T-I-A-N"!
